I am originally from the St. Louis Missouri area. I grew up along the banks of the Mississippi river. I worked in the Information Technology field for 22 years before going into farming and ranching full time. In 1995, my wife and I bought a 690 acre ranch east of Bonham and raised stocker cattle for a number of years. I later decided to become a real estate agent for a couple of reasons. First, because I always felt a sense of enthusiasm when I bought land and a certain sense of well being owning it. Being an agent, and now a broker, allows me to extend myself into real estate in additional ways. Secondly, my past experiences from being both a purchaser and seller a number of times has given me insight to what should be expected from a real estate agent.
